information concerning our draft treaty on

extraterritoriality In the light of these

requests, it is suggested that, after con-

sultation with the British Foreign Office

and unless you and/or the Foreign Office

perceive objection, you furnish the Netherland

Poreign Minister in strict confidence with a

text of our draft treaty as advised.
